56th Street Group

Saturdays

Twelve Steps To Freedom

Meets Saturdays at 7:00pm in the Fellowship Hall.

We are pleased to host this Christ-based recovery program for people dealing with addictions. This group is a chemical dependency support network that provides a safe and confidential environment where recovering individuals can fellowship, share struggles, rejoice in victories and learn to better understand who God is and how He wants to heal our brokenness. Various program resources are used to facilitate discussion, and we follow the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous.

FREE DENTAL CHECK-UPS/CLEANING

Thuy Class is a dental hygiene student at ECC School of Dental Hygiene.  To complete the clinical section of her school work, Thuy is asking for volunteers to make appointments for FREE  dental service.

The dental services include:  patient’s assessment (general health history, intra and extra oral exam, probing, detect caries/cavities).  Patient’s treatment (cleaning).  Taking X-ray.    Each patient would require multiple appointments depending on his/her conditions.
